What is eye concealer? and what does it do?

well since your 13 you shouldnt need it, but eye concealer goes under the eyes.. it helps cover up dark circles and lines.. some girls also put it on the lids of their eyes so you have an even color/ ';pallet'; to put eyeshadow on. it usually comes in a cream or liquid.. hope that helped some!What is eye concealer? and what does it do?
