I use the Benefit Some Kind-a Gorgeous for foundation and concealer. I first apply all over my face with a flat foundation brush and then apply the concealer wherever I need it with a smaller, more dense concealer brush. This is perfect since the foundation gives a really even and natural finish and using it as a concealer is great since it matches perfectly and covers up everything.
Hope this helps! What concealer for under-eye circles works the best?
Why conceal under dark circles? It is better to get rid of or reduce them. Cover ups are a waste of money. A good fix is much better.
Here's an article that I ran across that may help.
How Women's Eye Contour Gel Reduces Dark Circles Under Eyes
There is a new women’s eye gel and another one for men that has been shown in clinical studies to reduce bags, puffiness, wrinkles and dark circles. The eyes are the first thing that most people look at when you meet.
They can give away your age, how much sleep you got and your overall health. But, with the right help, you can keep your age to yourself.
Eat Right, Don’t Smoke, Sleep Well %26amp; Wear Sun Glasses
Good nutrition and looking good go hand in hand. Be sure to get enough omega-3 fatty acids, currently recommendations are for 1000 mg per day. Take a good daily multi-vitamin, because it is just impossible to get all of the nutrients that you need from food alone.
Smokers are more likely to have crow’s feet. So, if you smoke, there’s another good reason to quit. If you don’t smoke, try to avoid bars and other places where smoking is allowed. Second hand smoke is probably more damaging than smoking, itself.
A good night’s sleep will do a lot for you, because that is when the body goes about repairing damage done during the day. Always wear a nourishing night cream to bed, but be sure that all of the ingredients are safe.
Wear UV Blocking Sunglasses
Number one, sunlight causes you to squint, which is probably a contributing factor in the development of crow’s feet, those tiny lines that people get at the corners of their eyes. Number two, UV rays from the sun increase the production and activity of free radicals, likely to be the major contributing factor to all of the signs of aging.
Beneficial Extracts
Every company out there seems to have an eye gel and for the most part, the ingredients are safe. I would recommend that you stay away from the ones that contain paraffin, artificial preservatives or added fragrances.
If you are beginning to see a little bagging (or a lot), some dark circles, or tiny lines around your eyes, you need more than the average gel has to offer. You need the latest and best ingredients and technology that science has to offer. You will only find that in one product that I know of. Here’s what it contains.
*EYELISS, a plant extract, which works by targeting the main cause of bags and puffiness; fluid build-up
*HALYOXL, which contains a unique plant extract that has been shown to improve circulation (dark circles are caused by waste products that buildup under the eyes)
*HOMEO AGE, an extract from brown Canadian algae, shown in studies to reduce wrinkles and increase the production of new skin cells
*CYNERGY TK, extracted from sheep’s wool, it is an amino acid protein peptide that increases skin cell production, improves firmness and reduces inflammation
Other ingredients in the new gel include coenzyme Q10, manuka honey and vitamin E. All of these nourishing extracts work together in “synergy” to improve your appearance quickly. That’s the help that you need to keep your age a secret.
My wife and I use the products from this company for these main reasons: They work and are safe on the skin. They are natural and priced right. Go to: http://www.XtendSkinCare.comWhat concealer for under-eye circles works the best?
Erase Paste by Benefit, salmon toned, creamy, non-drying, brightens undereyes.
Studio Finish concealer by Mac is good too but far too drying and thick for the undereyes.
i like the Neutrogena concealer!! Works great for me!! Also Mark speedway foundation!!! It works as a foundation and a concealer!
drugstore- neutrogena 3 in 1 concealer
department- benefit erase paste
you want to look for a concealer that is labeled to conceal only dark circles and look for yellow shades
