Can concealer work as an eye primer also?

urban decay is to expensive for me so i have mary kay signature primer and it works fine...but im always running out.When i used urban decay primer potion i accidently used concealer and it worked fine.But im not sure if i should maybe just buy concealer instead of buying bothCan concealer work as an eye primer also?
it def can work...


but its not the best and your eyes are something you always wanna use the best thing for them because they are senstive....

Can concealer work as an eye primer also?
I think a concealer might have more moisture in it and would not work for the eyelid area. BUT that depends on the formula and who makes it. It might work with alittle powder on top or with powder eyeshadow but then it might also deliver a crease later in the day. I love Laura Mercier Eye basics and it lasts forever....$24.00
concealer is not meant to be used as a eye primer..just to cover under eye circles and blemishes..you could use it for that but i have a good suggestion.


Loreal has a eye shadow primer that i ahve heard good things about.

just put some powder over it to help it set, then apply ur eyeshadow.
