Okay I have heard to use yellow to brighten up the eye. And then soft pink. Is it based on skin tone? BTW I have a light skin tone if it is. Then I heard don't go with colors, just go 1 to 2 shades lighter than your skin. Arg! Anyway I could really use a recommendation, and a cheap one at that.I need help with under-eye concealer?
personally i just use a little lighter makeup under my eyes and then put on a light mineral foundation in my natural shade. remember everyone's different, so experiment and see what works best for you.
