Red Earth makes a fantastic concealer pack, it has a yellow cream for undereye circles, green for blemishes, light pink for brightening dull spots and 2 shades of skin tone concealer to blend it all and its all in a perfect little mirror compact I absolutely love this thing you can get it at ULTA and I believe Sephora may have it to its called Red Earth Skin Perfection. If you cant find it any good oil based concealer with a yellow tint will balance out the purple-blue of undereye circles, also get plenty of sleep and water.What is the best concealer to cover dark eye circles?

You can try the hydra bright line diffuser by bee luscious but they have a much better product you should try it is called RetexturEye 2with under eye lighteners, its an eye cream that will effectively lighten the dark circles. Its made by a leader in the Industry Bee Luscious Cosmetics, and you can Yahoo search for bee luscious or bee royal products. Good Luck
Nicole B is right. You need a yellow tint to reduce the appearance of dark circles. Yellow counteracts with blue/purple tints. Just make sure you use it sparingly or you will look kinda goofy!
