Hmm...I was just wondering that the other day. I decided on Maybelline's rapid rewind concealer. It's supposed to have light reflectors that brighten the under eye. So far, it's okay.

Revlon Under eye concealer, buy it at Wal Mart, works wonders. Its not a normal conealer, like true match or age renewing concealer (the one in the red pot) but its an eye treatment
Well, do you want to buy something from the drugstore? If so, try L'oreal, TrueMatch. Its so great, and matches ALL skin types! I had good luck with the Revlon one in the red pot...I dont know the name, but it works great. says it contains Biotin. Only need a dab!!! and it's not too liquidy like some of the wand types.
