How do I apply concealer correctly under my eyes without making my eyes have a dark shadow underneath? I put concealer JUST under my eyes and then I use a brush and put powder on the rest of my face and on top of the concealer under my eyes. Its always turns dark under my eyes when I do it. Am I not doing it right?How to apply concealer under eye?

this is a good way to apply concealer

With ur ring finger you dab on the dark circles dab it and dab it until it completely blends in... repeat that and then grab a sponge or a brush.. and just go over it.. very soft and circular motions or just dabs..
