since you are already dark under your eyes

it should be lighter than ur foundation skin tone, and get the yellow tint one for darkness under the eyes, and pink tone for puffinessHow to choose the right under-eye concealer shade?
Your ideal concealer should have a yellow/greenish base. Pick a shade or two lighter than your skin complexion. If you have oily skin, stick to the cream. If you have dry chapped skin, go with a moist powder. Blend with a concealer brush (for best results--- I like Bobbi Brown...), pad, sponge, or fingers under eyes!!
If you want a glamorous look go with one a little bit brighter, but for everyday it should match your skin tone, but never choose a darker one! :)
Tips for applying Choosing Concealer

If you need to hide dark circles that are relatively purple, then I suggest a yellow-toned concealer. If they are just dark, and your skintone is pink, then go with a pink-toned concealer. Choose a shade lighter than your skin tone.
I personally choose one shade lighter than my foundation and powder. It tends to cover it up better w/my skin tone. You can not tell once you finish.
Always go a shade lighter than your foundation, there is a product for under the eye made by bare essentials called well rested and it works great...I love it and a small amount goes a long way, it is a powder, so it doesn't take much...
always go a shade lighter than ur natural skin tone

just use green cocealer for under eye circles because usually there are some blue tones under the eye so when u mix blue with light yellow (ur skin color) you get green
