Pot concealers (those that come in a jar) have the heaviest coverage, and cover dark circles the best. But, in some cases, they are too heavy for the delicate undereye skin. What I do is add a bit of moisturizer to the undereye area first, and immediately add the concealer with my finger and blend.
I'm a big fan of Bobbi Brown's corrector. It's a bit heavier than more concealers but it has true staying power. It's got more of a natural pink tone that works well to even out the dark area under your eye. I have 2 babies under the age of 3 and this is the most amazing part of my daily makeup routine. It's also an amazing lid primer, though don't tell Bobbi that, it goes against her philosophy. It's $20 at any retail store where Bobbi's brand is carried. A little loose or pressed powder over the area where you've applied the corrector is all you need for a lon lasting wear.
any brand really. Most importantly... What you need is a YELLOW CONCEALER STICK. Seriously!! it works for ALL skin colors too. The yellow somehow cancels out the purple-ish color on your skin. It has to do with the color palette. After you apply the concealer.. use foundation or powder (same color as your skins) to cover over the yellow.. =)

Benefit's Under eye concealer is brilliant. Covers up the biggest of panda eyes!
i say to use almay products .. and make sure u have a good foundation too..
