Hey, I know you said Walgreens, but try the MAC Studio Finish Concealer in an NW colour. NW has salmon undertones to cancel out the blue. It might be a bit more pricey than drugstore brands but it lasts forever. Hope I helped!
i have dark circles under my eyes %26amp;+ i use the ';cream'; foundation that comes in a little jar lookin' thing.





you can get them at wal mart %26amp;+ they have many dif. shades.
