I am a makeup artist.
It depends on what you are trying to cover or conceal!
If you have dark ';bags'; under your eyes, then you need a salmon colored concealer to neutralize the bluish-greenish hues. Try these:
Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer ($42):

Make Up For Ever's Lift Concealer in Pink Beige ($21):

Yellow-based concealers are used for redness. Try these:
La Femme Cream Concealer Neutalizer:

Benefit Consmetics Lemon-Aid Eyelid Primer ($20):

Blue or Lavendar-based concealers hide yellowness. Try this:
ColoreScience Eyes Wide Open ($17.50):

Of course you can always look at your local drugstore for either a pink or yellow concealer if you are on a budget. Blue/Lavendar concealers are much harder to come by.
If you just want to ';brighten'; the eye area, and do not need to cover anything, you can try these products:
Smashbox Photo Op Under Eye Brightener ($18):
This is pretty much a light-reflecting sheer pink concealer.

Sephora Brand ';eye brightener'; ($14):
simply a sheerer version of a pink concealer.

Hope this helps! What is a good under eye concealer? I have heard of smash box under eye brightener, does it work?
