i'm 15 [really pale] and every concealer i've ever used for covering up my REALLY dark purple under eyes looks reeaally noticeable and flaky. what is the best concealer you would recommend for my under eyes that's not more then $15 ish?What is the least noticeable dark purple under eye concealer?

Try Touch Eclait by Yves Saint Laurent, it's more that you are looking to pay, but it's the best on the market and well worth the wait to save for it. You might even find it cheaper on ebay
i would recommend you to first put lotion on it first. cetaphil lotion is good and gentle.
then use neutrogena 3 in 1 eye concealer. its great because it contains sun protection, eye cream and concealer. you can get it at walgreens or target for under 15.
