I was watching this video on youtube once, they said many women use yellow-based concealers under their eyes, which creates a green tint, since blue and yellow creates green. They said to use salmon instead if you want to cover up bags. Is this true?
Also, is there any harm in wearing concealer under there? I don't, but does it contribute to wrinkles, clogged pores, or anything else?Is it really better to use a salmon colored under eye concealer over a yellow based one?
I was a beauty advisor for three years, and at all conventions we were told to recommend yellow for black under eye circles and green for redness.
Of course there are concealers that come to match your skintone and can be used all over your face, including under your eye.
I would recommend putting just enough yellow on under the eye and then putting your concealer on lightly over it and then your regular foundation. Or you could just put your liquid foundation over the green. Everyone's skin tone is different, so just try out some combinations see what gives you the best and most natural coverage. Is it really better to use a salmon colored under eye concealer over a yellow based one?
ya way better... cause the bags under your eyes are blue... and than they will jsut look green
if you use a pinkish one than it blends with your skin better %26amp; covers the blue
i use a TINY bit of red lipstick under my concealer
You really shouldn't put anything under your eye unless it's cream and you want to dab it on never rub, that causes bags .If you have bags your messing with your eyes to much . For dark circles dab a bit of cream mixed with yellow concealer under to help .
