Best concealer for the the dark circles under eye?

I'm only a teen but i have the worst eye bags! It's reddish and has like little tiny bubbles on it, can you guys recommend any good concealers?Best concealer for the the dark circles under eye?

If you look at my picture can you tell i have any flaws? Underneath that makeup I have the most hideous DEEP scars from acne. . I use a makeup called DERMABLEND.
